Frank Sustr & Jitka Sustrova
Owners
Frank and Jitka are proud new owners with a strong appreciation for hard work, family values, and community. Originally from Europe, they came to the United States more than 20 years ago with a dream of building a meaningful life through hard work and opportunity. After spending several years in Ohio, they fell in love with the Lake Norman area and knew it was where they wanted to raise their three children.
The vibrant community, natural surroundings, and quality of life made the decision easy. As a family, they enjoy traveling, hiking, and embracing new adventures whenever possible.
They are truly honored to be the new owners of such an amazing company and are committed to continuing Marcus’s vision while serving the Lake Norman community with integrity, dedication and professionalism. Their goal is to build upon the strong foundation that has already been established and to carry the company forward with the same passion and excellence clients have come to expect.

Cherie Foust
Designer - Sales
Cherie Foust co-owned a landscape and irrigation company with her brother years ago. After learning firsthand that ownership isn’t for the faint of heart, she leaned into her strengths: design, sales, and project management. Now she spends her time where she’s happiest, creating landscapes that match customers’ expectations while maximizing value. Whether a simple front-yard planting or a full-property plan with lighting, paths, and outdoor living, Cherie guides each client toward a space that fits their lifestyle, personality, and budget. When she’s not sketching plans, you’ll find her with her husband, Andy, and gathering with their adult children for meals, adventures, and vacations.
Frank Dobry
Field Manager
Frank Dobry is a seasoned landscape specialist based in North Carolina, known for creating thoughtful, functional, and visually striking outdoor spaces tailored to the region’s unique climate and terrain. With years of hands-on experience in residential and light commercial landscape design, Frank specializes in blending hardscape and softscape elements to craft cohesive environments that enhance both property value and everyday living.
Throughout his career, Frank has developed expertise in custom landscape design, plant selection for North Carolina’s diverse soil conditions, drainage planning, outdoor living spaces, and sustainable landscaping practices. His approach combines creative vision with technical precision—ensuring that every design not only looks exceptional.
